Hi!

Little boy is now 4 months and has well and truly hit the regression! He's such a light sleeper! We decided to move him in his room tonight for the first night! Anyone think this may help it any tips?!

It’s not a good idea- SIDS research suggests being in the same room as adults is a protective factor and you may find the sleep regression is also a protective factor in reducing SIDS risk.

I think that’s too early according to the SIDS advice.

Is there a particular reason you want him in a different room?

Have you tried white noise? I found that helped muffle the sounds of me in bed and getting up to wee etc when DD was in with us.

Also it might not be that you're waking him, in which case you will be schlepping through to the other room multiple times a night.
