5am wake ups

Hi all

I wonder whether anyone might be able to offer some advice.

My 9 month old DD has her last feed at 7pm and is usually asleep by 7.30pm latest. She then sleeps until 5am, sometimes waking once or twice but settles herself back to sleep (except the odd night, last night for example she was up between 2-4am screaming which turned out to be teething related).

At 5am I go get her, and she comes into bed with me whilst I feed her (she is ebf). She usually falls back asleep whilst feeding, but is in a very light sleep and then is up ready to start the day at around 6.45am.

I know this doesn't sound bad and is miles better than she was, previously she would wake every 1-2hrs. It's only since I stopped night feeds at 8 months, and did some light sleep training, she has been sleeping through.

How do I get her to sleep beyond 5am? Should I put her to bed later?
