DS is two and has been in a toddler bed for a few months. He's started climbing out of bed at bedtime and trying to run around, even when he's tired.
Either me or DH sits by his bed until he falls asleep so it's not an attention thing.
I keep putting him back in, but I'm expecting my second soon so it's going to get impossible to be putting him back in every few minutes if I'm dealing with cluster feeding in the evening again as I did with him.
Has anyone come out the other side of this please?
Ideally I'd like to be able to put him in bed and him stay and settle himself off without us sat next to him, but we've moved from BF to sleep so I think we're in it for the long haul, without resorting to sleep training.
