Hi!
My nearly 4 year old has had sleeping problems since both and wakes frequently, usually between 5-6 times a night. Sometimes he wakes up really unsettled, other times he wakes up, moans and goes back to sleep.
He has never slept through since the day he was born. He also has other ongoing issues, developmental delay, heart problems etc.
I have received a letter about attending a sleep clinic at 10am next Tuesday. Has anyone ever had any experience with these clinics and what they may entail, as I am completely clueless.
