Sleeping on belly/sleeping on my chest

Hi there, DD is 10 weeks old, she HATES sleeping on her back and also hates to be swaddled, I've tried everything and she just wakes in minutes and doesn't get a good sleep.

I EBF so we Co sleep a lot, by Co sleep I mean she basically sleeps on my chest.

She's always had great head control, can lift herself up onto her hands she's the sturdy, can turn it side to side well.

But, I know, deep down she should be on her back but I'm completely stuck on how to get her down and still get some sleep.

Sje suffers from reflux and gets quite a stuffy nose, so, when I've placed her on her back after being upright after her feed, she has coughed up spit up and nearly choked which obviously really scared me so I pulled her back to my chest again.

I know the risk of sids increases when they are on their tummy but she will not sleep efficiently anywhere else. She still wakes up and moves about and not in a real deep sleep.

Has anyone let their babies Cosleep like this or let them sleep on their tummies? Or does anyone have any tips to help get her to sleep in her crib (which is up next to our bed) I've tried everything I can think of, hot water bottle, not in moses basket, my top on her mattress.

I have managed to slowly get her to roll from my chest to me cuddling around her while she's on her back but she stkll coughs up spit up which scares me if she's not on me I won't wake up and she's NEVER done it laying on my chest :/

Thanks

Dd was the same so I got an angel care monitor and let her sleep on her front

Dancemom did you ever have any issues with her sleeping on her front? I'm just so anxious either way! But I'm not sleeping, as I'm sleeping up right I'm in turn hurting my neck/back!
