I am looking to get one of these for my 10 yr old who struggles with sleep and wondered if anyone had any recommendation re size. Weight size I know as 10% of her weight (so 3kg one) but she is rather long! They are not cheap so keen to get this right.

Any good reccs for children's ones? Was looking at the Senso-Rex ones.

We bought a weighted blanket from John Lewis for our v tall DD(10) - they gave weight parameters and size. She has the 2.5 one - I have the 7 Grin

You shouldn't sleep with a weighted blanket on. A compression blanket is a better option.
