Sleep training success at 5 months?

DD2 is 5 months and is overall a good sleeper, STTN in her cot for quite a while now. Daytime naps are all on my lap though, happening at the same time each day without much fuss. I am very hopeful regarding her ability to self settle and go into her cot during the day, as she is already light years ahead of how DD1 was at this age (she was sleep trained at 7 months).

I am not looking to be bashed on here for sleep training my kids, but more asking for those with experience of sleep training subsequent babies, where do I start? How do I do it without disturbing DD1?
I am not in a situation where I'm at breaking point from lack of sleep and willing to let my baby scream. It's more so that her sleep habits are good for her age and I would like to move towards getting her into cot in daytime and promote self settling if possible.

Read the blissful baby expert or look her up on Instagram. Thanks to her my little girl self settles, sttn and self settles for all her naps. Before tbbe I was rocking to sleep and she was waking 4-5 times per night and fighting naps!
