Hi
My 9MO has gone through an awful period of sleep but the nights have recently taken a turn for the better - 1 wake up now!
But during the day it's tragic!!! And I'm at My wits end.
She's never been a good Napper but I'm sick of either having to hold her for the catnaps or driving round aimlessly for an hour to two just to get her to have a sleep. She will also nap in the pram.
But I really need her to nap in her cot - pls can anyone help with how I can make this happen. If she falls asleep on me she will wake as soon as I put her in!!
