Weaning off the night feeds

My baby was breastfed for 6 months and I then switched to combination feeding - formula in the day and breast at night to go to sleep and when waking to resettle

We are now at the 12 month mark and I'd like to stop breastfeeding for various reasons but mainly as I've not slept well for the past year. I feel so clueless about how to do bedtime without it and also how to settle in the night. Any advice?
