Two hour wake ups

Anyone experienced their baby wakening for hours in the middle of the night? Wide awake for two hours and I'm back at work soon, on my own so no support.

How old is your baby OP?

He's 9 months, was sleeping through, self settles etc and now this has started

Ah the classic 9 month sleep regression.

It will probably get better without you doing anything. Try not to stress and get some rest when you can.

Maybe he is just hungry...
