Anybody got any ideas surrounding this.
If my daughter goes to bed between 9-10pm she will 99% of the time sleep the entire night and average around 10/11hours. Which is not ideal as she needs to be earlier up for Nursey.
If she goes to bed anytime between 7.30-8pm she will be up ready to start the day at 2-3am. The past 9 times she's gone to bed at that time.
How can that hour or two earlier make such a massive difference, when she’s fully capable of sleeping longer periods.
Last night she went at 7.30 (couldn't of possibly kept her awake) 2.30 she woke up, she then spent 30 mins trying to get back to sleep, tossing/turning before giving up. After two hours of sitting in the dark silence I had to give up
an she's been running around ever since with no intention of sleeping. (It's now 6.30)
