My little one is 17 weeks old. He wakes every 60-90 minutes throughout the night right from first going into his cot asleep at 730.
I want to try and improve his day time naps. He’s not a big sleeper in the day (or anytime really!!) so I want to try and teach him and myself more about his naps.
He currently wakes about 739-8am, has a nap at about 11am and then one about 4pm. His naps aren’t usually for more than an hour.
I want to get three in ideally but not sure on timings and durations.
