Sleep deprived

I'm completely at a loss of what to do. My DD (13 months on 15th) is waking every 20 minutes during the night and taking around 30-60 minutes to get back too sleep. I've tried different sleep training techniques but she just makes herself sick. Our last attempt resulted in her going on nursing strike for 4 days. She also only sleeps in her pram during the day and screams in her car seat!

Does anyone have any advice? I'm starting to feel ill I'm so tired :(

No advice just a hand hold! How awful for you.

I had similar issues when mine was that age, although he did sleep in his car seat. I used to drive round until he fell asleep then carry the seat inside.
Will she sleep in her pram at night? Even if you have to stay awake to watch her to get her back into the habitat of sleep?
Calpol can work.

I say she sleeps in her pram during the day it can take anywhere from 30 to 90minutes to get her too sleep. I don't mind it as much as I like the fresh air and exercise, but it can be frustrating when it's horrible weather. I think she just hates sleeping.
