Getting my 7 month old into a bedtime routine

Hi my daughter will only go to sleep 11pm or later . Even if she is tired before this time . I’m struggling to figure out a bedtime routine as she is so used to going bed later , I give her a bath at 7pm every night then she has a bottle it’s like she comes alive and wants to play ! We have to give another 2 bottles before she even wants to sleep and she will only go sleep with a feed . If she’s drifting we put her in the cot and she wakes up we tried the crying and going in a few minutes then making the minutes longer it just got worse and worse the crying . So should I try self soothe sleeping at 10pm her bedtime now and try to gradually bring the time down or put her down at half 7 from the start of self soothing ??? I’ve searched and it’s like everyone’s babies goes earlier . She naps in the morning for 2 hours and the afternoon for 2 hours her daily routine is nearly the same everyday it’s just like the nighttime is a mess . Thanks

No advice I’m afraid but my DD is nearly 7 months and falls asleep (often on the boob!) around 11.30 ish. Tired but wanting to play before then and absolutely won’t settle. We’re going to start waking her up earlier to see if that helps sniff her bedtime but I’m keen to see if anyone has advice.
Does your DD sleep through?

What time does she wake up in the morning?
Also 4 hours in the day might be too much for her, at that age my DS was having 2 to 3 hours of sleep in the day.
I’m no expert but a couple of things to look at.
