Sleeping in cot

Little bit of advice about nap length required. We are currently transitioning Our three month old DS from Moses basket to cot. Since about 10 weeks old he has been going between eight and 10 hours at night. He had been sleeping well in his cot at night despite transitioning to a much bigger space but hates the thing during the day. Daytime has been more tricky, his naps have always varied but he has usually slept for an hour in his Moses basket in the morning. He then sleeps on me in the afternoon for an hour or so. There is also normally a nap in the middle of the day in his pram when we go out for walk. However I now find he only goes 20 minutes for a nap. This also the case on me, in his cot or out on our walks. He wakes up yawning and will show sleep queues all day but not get off to sleep. He is also been more grumpy. He is normally a happy baby and quite happy as long as he has had a good sleep. His feeds are also all messed up- he is taking the same amount but feeding more often but taking less than normal and the last couple of nights he has been waking in the night for one. I am wondering if he is having a growth spurt but also whether this is sleep regression a little early? Is the poor nap in the morning in the cot causing an issue for him later in the day?
I’m not worried about where he sleeps- whether that is on me or in his cot during the day at the moment- I can work on that later. I just wondered for rough guidance on how much he should be napping at this age and
whether these should be many short naps or should we be transitioning now to fewer naps but for longer time? I know all babies are individual but just want a rough idea.
