Hi,

My son will be 15 weeks on Wednesday. For the past 5 weeks he has gone down at 11pm & then woke at 6am for milk and back down until around 8.30am. It was perfect for us. The past 3 nights have been hell! He goes down at 10pm then wakes at 1,3,5 & 7! He is ebf. Why is this happening?? I have a 2 year old also so I'm just so shattered to the point where i feel dizzy & struggling to function. Anybody else experienced this? Or any tips or advice? x

Sounds like a sleep regression. Do you co-sleep? Might be worth giving it a try so you can try bfing lying down and snoozing to get the most sleep you can.

Ours is the same. Was sleeping 11 - 9 and now will not sleep AT ALL unless next to me and even then just feeds all night. I'm panicking that we've messed up and we'll never get it back Sad .... But I am quite dramatic when tired BlushGrin
No advice but lots of sympathy.

It's the sleep regression. I've just been through it started at 10 months she's nearly 13 months now it's just stopped and she's back to normal. It'll pass. It's awful isn't it though feel for you.
