I seem to need 9 hours - 10pm to 7am
is this more than most?

More than they get generally

According to this there is a lot of variety (you have to scroll down the page to the first blue table of information) - but I agree with OrmIrian - not enough

I need 9 hours

10.30 - 7.30

if possible i will easily have 10+ hours 10.30 - 8.30 / 9.30 though.

I also get very tired and feel almost ill if i dont get at least 8 hours

BBBee · 31/08/2007 19:43

5 hours

Oh I need at least 9hrs too. Unfortunately I am exclusively bfing a 16wk old who is incapable of going more than a couple of hours between feeds so I get about 5 broken hours at the very most and walk round muttering gibberish the rest of the time.
