Anyone use this method to sleep train? I’ve just started and it has worked really well but my baby just cried for 30 mins and I’m starting to worry that leaving him to cry for 5 min intervals will have long term damage. Any thoughts?

How old is your baby? There's a study I read on the NHS that they did a study on babies 7 months plus and there is no sign of long term damage letting a baby cry.

@Elhan baby is 9 months old

So sounds like it’s okay. The method is actually working really well so I am going to persist with it
