At my wits end

My 8 MO is sleeping badly at the moment and I know there's not always answers for it but if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

She's never been a great napper during the day, needs to be fed to sleep (BF) or in the car/pram. Then on a night she's really tired by 6.30/7 and after bath and a feed she goes down fairly easily but from 2ish she's up a lot! Whinging and moaning a lot and needs comfort from me but even that doesn't always work.

What's going on? And more importantly what can I do?

TIA

Sounds like the 8-10 mo sleep regression as there's a lot of development going on

To be honest, all you can do, unless you want to sleep train, is feed when they want it and maximise your own sleep.

Someone else will probably be along shortly to tell you how to sleep train them and how it was the best thing they ever did etc.
