My daughter is nearly 3 and has never been the greatest at sleeping, although she usually does "sleep through" these days. However the last week or so she has been waking up at 5.15 or 5.30 which is just too early!
She dropped her nap a few months ago and goes to bed at 7ish so I feel 10 hours of sleep just isn't enough.
I know some kids are early walkers but she's usually knackered by 3pm and has started having occasional naps again which seems like a step back.
I did wonder if she might be hungry but she never asks for food in the morning.
She recognises numbers and knows when its 6am that is "wake up time" but she still calls for us at 5.15 and if we dont come in its 45 minutes of hysterical shouting which wakes everyone up.
Any suggestions?
