Sleep advice for 6 month old

Hey all! ❤️ looking for some advice and I’m pretty clueless here as a first time mum so any advice is so appreciated. My son used to sleep through the night 7-7 from very young up untill about a month ago when he got bronchiolitis. He is 6 months old. Now he has us up every hour and we’re unsure what the best approach is. Sometimes he just wants his dummy, sometimes that doesn’t work and he gets himself worked up or other times he is just wide awake and won’t go back to sleep. He sleeps from 7-10/11 perfectly most nights (there are nights he wakes within an hour) and then it’s all down hill from there 😞 we’re at a loss and thinking we need to implement some sleep training but not sure what approach is best. Just looking for any advice or tips from whoever can help really ☹️ all advice is welcome, thankyou x

Hi OP, no advice but can only say I feel your pain and going through it as we speak. DD2 was fine until she got poorly and now waking every couple hours from 11 😩 it's a draining job and I'm so tired.
