Any tips on coping with 3 month old wriggling at night?

DS is 15 weeks EBF feeding every 2-3 hours which is fine, first part of night he’ll go in next to me crib after feeds (he has some reflux so I need to hold him upright for quite a while after each feed)

But from 4am ish even when I’ve burped and held upright for 30-40 mins when I put
him down he wriggles and writhes in his sleep- it’s driving me a bit insane as I can’t sleep and it doesn’t seem like he’s getting good quality sleep.

Any tips or is this just something they do? Do they grow out of it?!
