What are your velcro baby stories?

What are your experiences with velcro babies? How did you get anything done during the day? How did you sleep at night? Did you have trouble getting them to sleep in a cot? Did they start napping in a cot during the day? How did you do it? How old were they when they grew out of it? What are your best tips? I want all your knowledge and experiences!!!

Sling, co-sleeping, pram. These are still my friends at 22 months.

Nap at every opportunity. Sod the housework. Accept all offers of help, ask for help.

DH and I are agreed if we ever do this again we are co-sleeping from the start and doing no sleep training because none of it worked. Life is much easier now than the first 14 months but DD wakes 2 hrly unless co-sleeping.
