12 weeks old sleeping in ten hour stints at night

My 12 week old is sleeping through the night, every night for a week now for up to ten hours. Should I worry? I naturally don't sleep because of all his cute noises anyway but want to know if this is okay and normal. Thanks

As long as he's putting on weight, is bright and alert at times in the day and is meeting his milestones, I'd try to enjoy the rest Smile

My son did this... now he’s 6 months old and will only nap on me and wakes every hour and a half at night. As long as he’s gaining weight and is healthy I wouldn’t worry.

Yes my DD did this as did a few of the babies in my NCT group.
It changed for most around 4-5 months alas so make the most of it now!

When I read the title I thought this was a boasting thread. Enjoy! And get some earplugs so you can make the most of it.

Omg sooooo jealous!!! I think that if he's doing fine and your breasts are fine (dont know if you're breastfeeding or not) then ENJOY the luxury that is sleep!

Just enjoy it. My second did this, then the 4 month regression hit and he didn't sleep through again until after his first birthday!
