4 month sleep regression

Any practical tips that have worked for you during this period?

He doesn't get swaddled anymore, and the room is always dark with white noise on.
He does love his dummy though and it helps with his reflux. Does it need to go?

He's never slept longer than 4 hours at the best of times anyway, and mostly 2 hour blocks since birth - so I'm really desperate to use this change to increase his sleep times. AND MINE.

Day naps are all 30min ish now so I can't even use them to catch up.

Sorry, no advice I’m afraid other than it can go on for a while! My DD was waking once a night until regression hit at 4months, now it’s 4-5 times a night usually with a stretch of alertness between 3 and 5. She’s 6 months now and I’ve just started sleep training.

Also only sympathy - mine was waking twice a night, now it's every 2 hours all night. Hoping someone has suggestions!

Oh it's hard isn't it?! The 3-5 stretch turns my eyeballs into dust.
Turning up the white noise has helped a bit I think. And I'm not immediately leaping to offer boob.
