9 month old won’t sleep well

Hi

Had a read through some of the posts on here but struggling to find anything that matches in entirety.

We’ve got a 9 month old who has never slept well. She’s never properly napped during the day. Will only sleep for at most 20 minutes. What’s worse is she won’t sleep properly at night either. She still gets up 3 times a night and will only settle with a feed. She doesn’t take dummies or anything that would soothe her. She usually wakes up at 5am wanting to play which isn’t ideal!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi OP,

We're just giving this one a bump for you. Flowers

Look into cranial osteopathy. It's helped my baby to be much mote settled. My baby's birth was 67minutes so not much time to push all joints etc into place and he looked much more relaxed. By 10 months, he was sleeping though. Also, read that at 9.5/10 there's a major sleep leap. Now he's a little legend: 13hrs a night on average but the early days were so so tough!

Thanks. I probably undersold the title by ‘not well’ when really it’s awful haha.

Oh not heard of that before. I’ll take a look into it. I dream of 13 hours!
