2/3/4 awake time for a 1 year old?

Has this worked for you?
My 1 year old keeps waking at 4am.

I think we dropped down to one nap per day at around a year old? Early lunch then nap 1-3pm.

My LO kept waking around 4/5am at 1 yr old- I assumed it was because of the bright mornings as she’s a summer baby. Must just be a developmental thing. Never changed a thing and it wore off - we had a bouncer in the living room and would stick her in that for an hr with children’s tv whilst either me or DH half slept on the sofa.
