Book or system for sleep training a 5 year old?

I already have a thread running about my DD, however just thought this might catch the eye of someone who can recommend something.

My DD’s sleep needs a complete overhaul.

Can you recommend a book or system suitable for her age group? Or would one of the toddler/preschool ones still be appropriate?

have you tried the gro clock? The book that comes with it would be too young for her but its basically a clock that turns yellow when its time to get up, and stars disappear as each hour passes whilst it is blue.

Yeah, she learned to unlock it and change it. We put it up on a high shelf and she simply switch it off at the wall.
