4 day old baby sleep at night advice please help!!!

Shes 4 days old and She’s fine in the day. Every 3-4 hours wakes for 3oz feed and back to sleep.
Then at night time she will have a feed (3oz) then doesn’t really go to sleep. Bit wingey but not crying as such . Seems to be rooting ,putting hands in her mouth. So I try feeding an hour after feed and just takes little bits doesn’t seem fussed. Dummy is a bit hit and miss . Last night she was awake from 12.45 till 5am when she finally settled. Is there anything I can do. When she has bottle quite a bit comes out of her mouth and soaks her bib

You must be so tired, I've been there. But she's 4 days old, so tiny. Only been 4 days since she was living inside you and didn't know hunger, and had never not been held.

What she's doing is so normal. Please just love her and hold her all she needs. It's hard there's no doubt about that, but she needs you so much.

In the early days you need to stop thinking of it as day and night, and treat it as 24 hours. Grab some sleep where you can.

Totally normal. I found the first 6 weeks were completely unpredictable and then we slowly got into a routine. Your baby probably just wants a cuddle and be close to you.
