4 month sleep regression

I'm just wondering did anyone's baby NOT go through this? All I read is horror stories on forums and Google of how their baby hit the 4 month sleep regression and their perfect sleeping baby turned into a different child. When I speak to older generations they have no clue what I'm on about, but obviously there's research now on baby development etc so we know exactly whats going on as they grow. My baby is due to hit 4 months next week and it's like I'm waiting for something bad to happen In the next few weeks when my partner tells me to stop reading everyone else's experiences online and filling myself with dread. So, anyones baby just stay the same sleep wise around this point? I do feel reading things online is either a big help or just makes you worry more haha.

My baby didn't have a sleep regression at 4 months! He just carried on his normal sleeping pattern. We were cosleeping at the time so I don't know if that made a difference.

My first was a shit sleeper from the start so there was nothing to regress from!

My DS wasn't too bad. He still slept through pretty consistently but he did become an early riser about this time. For months and months he woke up between 4 and 5am everyday, no matter what time he went to bed. It nearly broke me. Luckily he is my first (and only) so I could nap when he did to catch up. He now wakes up between 6 and 7am.
