DS's (8 months old) sleep has been disastrous since he hit five months (had previously been really good). I recently put him into the Little Ones routine, which helped with naps during the day, but he now wakes any time between 3 and 5am. If I feed him, he'll go back to sleep; if not, he'll often refuse to go back to sleep or wake every half hour. I'm not happy with feeding him overnight (he hasn't needed it since he was 12 weeks - big baby) and I'm worried that it gives him the wrong message (that if he wakes in the dark I'll feed him back to sleep) - hence why he keeps waking so early. He really isn't hungry.
What can I do to help him to sleep later? 6am would do! He goes to sleep at 7pm, by which time he's tired; he goes down without complaint and puts himself to sleep.
Any advice or expertise welcomed!
