I’ve got a little 12 week old who will only ever sleep (day and night) on top of someone’s chest, on his tummy! By some miracle I’ve managed 12 weeks of this, but sleep deprivation has hit me like a brick now. This has been a problem since birth but i know it’s totally unsustainable, we’ve tried, white/brown/pink noise, swaddling, all types of pods like sleepyhead, putting him down when he’s drowsy and not asleep yet, if anyone has any tips, books, advice that might help?

The Lucy Wolfe sleep books are meant to be brilliant and very practical

Maybe he has silent reflux? It may hurt his throat to lie completely flat, so he can only relax when in arms?
