5 month old awake too long

Hi. My LG of 5 months is not a good napper. I try and follow the rule of not keeping her up more than 3 hours, but sometimes she'll got 5/6 hours awake and hardly cries. She rubs her eyes and yawns and I go straight upstairs to a dark room to feed her and walk around with her to put her to sleep but she just does not sleep! However she does have a natural routine. She'll wake around 9/10am and will start yawning around 12/1pm, but this is the nap she just won't take. Then finally she will usually nap at 2/3pm and only for 45 mins, longer if on me. Then she is usually asleep by 8/9pm
What do I do? Should I be trying harder to get her to nap? I follow all the usual rules. Same book. Same nursery rhyme. Into her sleep sack. I'm worried that she is not getting enough sleep, though she is hitting all of her development milestones and generally is a very happy baby and hardly cries.
