Ferber naps... HELP!

FYI I know this is a controversial topic and my intention was never to sleep train but it's a personal choice so please save any bitter comments and don't read this post if you're against my choice.

We have been using the Ferber method for 3 days now and have seen massive improvements (yay!). LO is waking happy too :)

HOWEVER, LO is now seemingly on a nap strike! Continuing the Ferber method for naps has worked to a degree but she wakes after 10/15 mins! Will this get better? And do we get her up once she's been asleep (even if the nap has been mega short!) or use CC again to try and elongate the nap? There doesn't seem to be an answer in the book!

Advice please! Shock

Sleep training here too and I think you’re in the daytime sleep regression period. We were in that, then out, then back in it again! Currently having our first bad night in the last 10. It’s tough isn’t it! I think ride it out, that’s what I’m doing. Sticking to the routine and if the nap window passes then we move on. Hmm
