I have a 6 year old, a 2 year old and a 7 month old and bedtime feels impossible at the moment.
If you’ve got kids of a similar age, how do you manage bedtime?
We have to try and take the 2 year old first, if he doesn’t go off he screams and screams and then wakes up the baby and the six year old can’t get to sleep. If the two year old isn’t asleep it’s game over as we can’t get the six year old to bed. When we DO take the six year up we have to sit with him for ages or he won’t go to sleep, I’m talking a good 45 mins here on a good night.

The seven month old is a dream, but we usually end up keeping her up until we go to bed because by the time we’ve spent 7-9pm sorting the other two out we can’t face any more.
I’m all ears for a decent routine. We’re getting zero time together as parents at the moment and not eating dinner till 9pm and by that point we’re exasperated - help!

I have a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old, 1 less of your equation so I don't know if my input helps but our baby sleeps downstairs and big sleeps upstairs to minimise them waking each other up.
If I'm alone at bedtime and dad is at work, when baby wants to sleep I let toddler sit and have screen time for the 20 mins or so I'm putting baby to sleep as it keeps her quiet and not disturb baby Hmm then take it off her and scoop her upstairs to bed with baby monitor on downstairs to hear baby.
