I can't take it much longer

I have 2 children, DS who's 2 &a half and DD who's 9m.
DS has always slept which is great.
But DD never sleeps. It's currently 23:22 and she's wide awake crying.
She barely naps during the day but I'm trying to get her into the routine for napping in the afternoon but its rare she's asleep longer then half an hour.
She's so tired she's in bed by 7.30.
She sleeps in a big co sleeoing thing in our room. She wakes at least 4 times before mid night and another 4 time during the night unless I go sleep with her.
I'm not getting enough sleep.
What are some things I can do or buy?

How much does she eat and drink during the day (milk and solids)? Will she take a dummy? Do you have a partner?

Waking up that many times pre midnight is related to her daytime sleep. Sounds like she’s not getting enough. I’d also bring her bedtime forward to 6:30 with 2 daytime naps. Does she sleep in her pram/buggy? When will she move into her own room? Perhaps you are disturbing her with you being there. There is nothing you can buy, sounds like she needs to be put in a routine as at the moment there isn’t one. I’ve had to sleep train my DS 1 he is a few months younger than your DD but I couldn’t go on. It’s hard work forcing a routine but babies love consistency. By week 2 things will be so different for you.
