How do you all cope when your babies having a sleep regression? I’ve been up with mine every hour after midnight for the past two nights and I’m so sleep deprived I feel emotional too. Do some just cope with it better than others as I feel bloody awful!

Just accept it and hope it will pass quickly! That was the only way I got through I think. Take turns with OH sleeping in spare room on shifts if you can. Ours (4 month one) lasted 2 weeks which I think is normal. I tried to nap in the day when I could.

Mine slept with me and was content with that, didn't have to cry to get my attention because I was there. I also napped during the day with my baby. Looking back, it was a cosy, contented time.

Won't last forever, sh13.

@Mizydoscape thanks. I would take turns but I’m breastfeeding!

@Bluerussian
I’d love to nap in the day but my baby only does 30 min catnaps . He wouldn’t settle in bed with me either. We had a better night last night a 9 hour stretch if only my engorged boobs didn’t wake me up lHmm il remember that for the next sleepless nights “this won’t last forever “ !
