My 10month pms has went from getting up once and going right back to sleep to being up 4/5 times a night, Iv tried feeding, cuddling, night light, lullabies, Lewis Capaldi(his favourite 🤣) even tried putting him in his buggy!! I need to sleep!! Please can someone help either tell me why he won’t sleep or what I can do to help get him to sleep

I'm currently up with my 10 month old too. He's sleep has been awful the last month and last week especially he was up nearly every hour for no apparent reason. Before this he was sleeping through. He has however over the last few nights got back into a routine and only waking once again. I think it's just a phase. Has your DS started crawling? Mine started a few weeks ago and I think he just ends up overstimulated and can't switch off. That coupled with teething and a bit of separation anxiety (which starts around this age too!) makes for a perfect storm. Hang in there: this will pass! Sleep deprivation is a killer though so Thanks

Up with my 10 month old too, I think it's teething. He's refused all milk feeds today too but ate loads of solids. Only napping in my arms too so I'm aching from holding him. Have you tried giving some pain relief?

Could he be cold? I moved house recently and my ds started waking several times a night and when I added an extra layer of clothes and a thicker sleeping bag he slept much better.
