Feeding and sleeping

My 7 week old will only take a maximum of 2oz of formula at a time so he wakes every hour to hour and a half. Is there any way I can get him to take more at once so he'll sleep longer?

Is he falling asleep after 2oz or just refusing to take more than 2oz? If he is falling asleep, perhaps try changing his nappy, tickling his feet or gently blowing in his face. If it is the latter, then could you try and stretch him longer between feeds? This may not be possible and, if it isn’t, then just hang on in there. His stomach is tiny and will get bigger eventually!
