Quick help - what should I do now?!

Baby is 4 months (18 weeks). Usually has 3 or 4 naps a day and goes to bed 8-8.30pm.

So far had 4 bottles today, has been drinking 5 a day for last month or so. Upped bottles to 7oz from 6oz about a week ago as she was draining them. Not sure if related but last 2 weeks has been waking regularly every 30 mins - 2 hours after about 1am from sleeping through previously (maybe 4 month sleep regression?). Last night slept through again and only had 4 1/2 bottles in the day.

This evening she has fallen asleep in her moses basket downstairs at about 7.30. Shall I just put her to bed upstairs when I'm ready to go up and hope for the best/expect to have to feed in the night? She had her last bottle about 6.15.
