So my daughter when a newborn was an amazing sleeper she slept through from 6 weeks then came jabs, teething, 5 month sleep regression 😫 don't feel we have ever got back on track from then.
She sometimes doesn't wake in the night others she wakes at least once but the main issue at the moment is her waking at anything between 4-5am she is so grumpy as clearly still tired but won't go back to sleep. We have tried what feels like everything. Leaving her but this wakes everyone up including my 5 year old son. White noise, brown noise, putting in our duvet cover over her mattress napping in day light o just don't know what else to try we are all exhausted.
She usually naps between 8-9 for an hour or so then between 12-1 when I usually have to wake her at 2:30 to go on the school run so come 6pm she is so tired and usually asleep by 6:20 ish. Does anyone have any help tips or advice for a very tired mummy.
