Hi everyone
Me and the DH are a bit stuck with our little man and his sleeping.
The last 2 almost 3 weeks he's been waking up around 3 / 4 or 5am first due to teething but now it seems to become a bit of a habit!! He's been going to bed a bit later too due to his nap being late. So I'm moving his maps up again (as far as possible) and I'm hoping that that'll work but is there a 18 month sleep regression?? He's tired but seems brightly awake at 4!!! And falls asleep about 2 hours later and then wakes up at 9 or 10 in the morning.
Also we're trying to get him out of his sleeping bags and under a duvet and on a pillow. When he sleeps next to me (under a heavy duvet and on a soft pillow) he's completely knock out but in his own bed he kicks off the duvet and ends up with cold hands and feet since he gets his socks off too! His pillow is different than ours and duvet is of course a lighter. My DH said he's had his mattress since birth maybe that needs changing? Anyone got any ideas?
