My DD is 20 months and has been waking up between 4.30 and 5 every day for the past 2 weeks. Slowly losing my mind! Anyone else been in the same boat/ any advice?!

I seem to remember mine slept ina bit longer when we dropped to one long mid day nap?

Do any noises come on early in the house eg heating or hot water? Babies sleep very lightly in the morning. The slightest sniff of noise or daylight and they are awake!

Hmmm we had this at around the same age...it was so tough!! But it didn't last- maybe a month or two then his sleep slowly stretched again to a respectable 5.45-6am.
All I can suggest is going to bed very early for a bit and reminding yourself it won't be for long...it is brutal though.
We have the added problem now at 2.5 of being scared of the dark and taking hours to fall asleep (like 9.30pm) and still waking a bit too early!! Good luck...
