10 week old sleep is changing

So my little girl has been pretty good so far and over the past 4 weeks normally had her last feed anywhere between. 10-1am. She will then sleep anywhere from 4am-7am depending on how later
her last bottle was, and after two hours go back down. She's ten weeks old today and the past 3 nights have been quite bad so I'm not sure whether to change things up. She's starting getting sleepier early I've noticed after her 7-8pm bottle and goes into a nice little sleep, so I decided to leave her to sleep one night and she slept 10-2am. But I'm just wondering is there a ten week growth spurt to cause this or is her sleep just changing the bigger she gets? She's also always been great in her moses basket and even self settles in there now, apart from the last three nights. She just lays there and wakes up, looks around and won't go back off. We managed to get her off at 1AM and she woke at 4am,put her back down at 6am and wouldn't settle in her moses basket like she normally does. Any advice appreciated, just confused where this has come from as don't normally have any issues putting her down. We normally get at least 4 hours minimum stretch in the night apart from when growth spurts hit at like 6 weeks etc. I presumed next one was the 12 week?

She's still a newborn, there are many sleep changes yet to come and it does often get worse as well as better. You can't really think of 'usually' , 'always' or 'normally' when they're only 10 weeks old, sorry.

Similar to the above post. Just because they sleep one way for a while, this very rarely continues. Even at 14 months my DS goes through phases of sleeping like an angel and phases of waking every hour. Stop thinking "oh well this happened last night" and just start taking each night as it happens a
