DS is 6mo. He goes down in the evening in his cot but wakes when I come to bed and then is in bed with me all night. He feeds on and off, it's doing my back in and I don't feel rested.

DD is 3 and sleeps through reliably. We have a 2 bedroom house.

The goal is to get them to share a room. I know it won't happen overnight but how do I work towards it? Do I need to get DS to sleep through before putting him in with DD?

Help! I'm open to sleep training but don't know how we'd do it without waking DD.
