Is this going to create a bad habit

Grateful for any thoughts or advice! My DD ( nearly 2) has never been the greatest sleeper and is an early riser 5-530. The last few months she's been sleeping through 7-5/530 which ok early but fine. In the last month she's been quite ill with various things and her wakings have been more like 4/430. She's finally settled back to normal ( for her) but about 1 out of 4/5 nights she'll wake up at 4am and howl . If we go in and try and settle her she'll be wide awake and will refuse to go back to sleep ( same if we take her into our bed) . If we give her some warm milk she'll go straight back to sleep till 6/630 which is amazing for her. Is this bad? I feel like she shouldn't need milk but she also really doesn't need to start the day at 4am!

Ha thank you! Probably not helped by the fact I'm 20 weeks pregnant and imagining having 2 of them waking up in the night Confused hopefully DD will have grown out of her wake ups by then..!
