8 month fighting sleep

Hi

My 8 month old has been a nightmare to get to sleep this week. She just can't seem to switch her brain off - her head is tossing about , blowing raspberries when in cot and when being nursed .... thrashing about generally all while rubbing her eyes . Nothing I can do will soothe her to the point that after hours and hours of trying to soothe she crashes out of utter UTTER exhaustion from crying hysterically.

What do I do!!?
She is so tired and rubs her eyes so much her face is all red and blotchy 😩

Is this a regression ? Are they genuine ?

I used to nurse to sleep with the occasion sometimes where she would self settle to a light show but it just doesn't work any more. Will nursing work again or is that done with now? It's like she doesn't know how to go to sleep anymore

Hay if your little one used to sleep ok up till now I would say it's a regression . My lo has woken up every 2 hours since his 4 month one . Were now dealing with 8 months regression and teething. Feel like it's never ending

From what iv read you just have to keep in the rutine you already have as best as you can and call in extra help if you need it.
