Hi

My LO has just turned six months and she's gone from sleeping through to waking up every hour from about 2/3am. She isn't screaming or anything just fidgeting, groaning and the odd cry - her eyes are open. The only thing that will get her back off is to breastfeed her which is fine but I don't want to get into relying on that for her to get back to sleep.

Could she be teething? Is there a 6 month sleep regression? This started about 2 weeks ago.

Any tips or reassurance would also be grateful. I'm sure it's just a phase but when you are in the thick of it and not getting much sleep it's hard to see through the clouds.

Thank you
