I know it's been asked loads before, but in the past few weeks dd has gone from waking at 6.45 ish to 5.30 am which I find very difficult. She has a 30 min nap from 9.30 to 10.00 am and 1.5-2hrs after lunch,and goes to bed at 7.00pm. I'm wondering whether to cut out the morning nap and/or move her bedtime to 7.30 pm - any thoughts?
