Baby waking early, hungry and cross

My daughter is almost 1 yers old and up until recently has slept fairly well (apart from when ill/teething/new place etc).

Over the past few weeks she has been waking around 5am and in a really cross mood, very angry and upset and can't be consoled easily. The only thing that seems to calm her is giving her a bottle straight away.

She is almost fully weaned but still has 210ml in the morning. I have noticed that the early waking might be coinciding with her starting to refuse her night time milk. I always offered 210ml at night but now she seems to only take around 60ml. I've tried to offer the milk at different times and in different ways but she pushes it away.

My question is really: how do I get her to take more milk at night if this is the problem or is there any other advice about those angry early wake ups that people have had past experience with? Do I need to try and get her to eat more food or do I do tea at a different time to ensure a bigger gap before bed time milk for example?

Thanks in advance :)

My advice would be to have a bottle ready and feed her when she wakes.

It's very normal for babies and toddlers to wake early.

And also very normal to need some milk overnight well into second year.
